After the 10th the game will hard reset, but of course all nfts you brought in, you will keep afterwards. After reaching the current maximum of 14 squads and the basic settlement buildings you might also take a look at the season challenges that are currently running till the 10th june. Each squad can perform different tasks and as your main fuel to keep going is tools and food, always watch your reserves and keep those two in stock. The team is just implemented the option to delete squads for little gold cost (ingame currency) so you dont have to be that watchfull of your squad setup as before. The in-game tutorial is quite good, if you follow it closely and try not to outsmart it (or you might get stuck with 4 non-specialised villager squads but would need something different to advance) you are set for a good start. You start as a farmer and have to get your production chains running by gathering ressources and build housings for more specialised working units. The gameplay available evolves all around your settlement and partly the city of your local lord.
